WINTER WEDDING PACKAGE

This package includes ballroom setup with 60” round tables accommodating 8-10 people per table dressed in white or ivory linen tablecloths to the floor and set with Royal Dolton white bone china, silverware and glassware. Your choice of white or ivory linen dinner napkins puffed in wine glass.

All tables will be pre-set with bread baskets of assorted petite rolls with butter

Your choice of one appetizer from:

Fresh Garden Chef salad, Caesar salad, California Mix salad in a light balsamic dressing, Romaine & Radicchio, Caldo Verde soup

Your choice of one pasta tossed in a homemade pomodore sauce from:

Fusili, Rotini, Penne, Rigatoni

Your choice of one main entrée from:

Veal scaloppini done in a light mushroom sauce
Lemon Chicken Grand is a boneless chicken breast cooked in a white wine and lemon sauce
Grilled breast of Chicken In a mildly spiced peppercorn sauce
Chicken ala Mushroom is a boneless chicken breast cooked in a white wine mushroom sauce

Your choice of potato to be served with your main entrée from:

Mashed, Mini red or white skinned, or Roasted wedges

Your choice of two (2) vegetables to be served with your main entrée from:

broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, snow peas, green peas, bell peppers, honey glazed baby carrots or mushrooms

Your choice of one dessert to be served with freshly brewed coffee & tea:

Late Night Sweet Table will feature a selection of cheese & pepperoni bread pizza, assorted miniature pastries and fresh fruit will all be beautifully displayed. Freshly brewed coffee & tea.

7.5-hour Stock Host Bar includes red & white house wine, a selection of domestic beer, vodka, gin, rye, rum, brandy & scotch as well as soft drinks, coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino & bottled water.
